How do I book an appointment?
Find your nearest HCF Dental Centre here. Call your preferred dental centre location to make a booking, mention you are booking for a Flip Dental appointment and provide your digital pass reference number.
When should I book my Flip Dental appointment?
We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible. Wait times can normally be up to 4-8 weeks, depending on the dental centre location (some centres are busier than others).
How much does Flip Dental cost?
Flip Dental Total Check-up is available for a one-time purchase of $249.
Can I pay monthly instead of a one-time purchase?
No, Flip Dental is a prepaid service that helps you plan ahead with no unexpected costs.

Are Flip Dental products the same as Health Insurance or Extras?
No, Flip Dental provides access to pre-set dental services and only those specific services.
Who is eligible for Flip Dental products?
Anyone who lives in Australia, is over the age of 18 and who does not hold HCF Private Health Insurance Extras Cover or Private Health Insurance cover for preventative dental services with another health insurance provider.

Can I use Flip Dental at any dentist?
No, Flip Dental digital passes are only redeemable at HCF Dental Centres. You can find your nearest HCF Dental Centre here.
Do I have to pay anything when I visit the dentist?
No, you won’t be charged for the prepaid and covered services when you present your Flip Dental digital pass. If additional treatments are needed, your dentist will provide a quote and only proceed if you approve.

Can I get a refund if I don’t use my digital pass?
No, Flip Dental is a prepaid product and does not offer refunds for unused vouchers.
How long are Flip Dental digital passes valid for?
Flip Dental digital passes are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that time.
What if I need further treatments outside the Flip Dental inclusions?
If an HCF Dentist or Hygienist recommends further treatments outside of those available through Flip Dental, you are free to decide where and when you get those treatments. If you choose to do so within an HCF Dental Centre, you will be treated as an individual patient under standard HCF Dental Centre terms.
