For too long, looking after your wellbeing has felt complicated, expensive or out of reach. There were so many confusing choices, hidden costs and products that didn’t fit your life.
Flip is working to change that. We believe everyone deserves simple, flexible options for added confidence, support their wellbeing and give them confidence for whatever comes next.
Where it all began
Flip was founded in 2021 by HCF, Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund. We started by launching Australia’s first on-demand accidental injury insurance, making cover flexible and affordable for active lives.
But we didn’t stop there. Listening to our community, we saw a bigger opportunity: to help more people access the care and confidence they need. Not just when things go wrong, but every day.
